Spa Etiquette

The purpose of our services here at Verde are solely therapeutic and all services shall be conducted in a professional and ethical manner in an equally adept environment. Undergarments are to be worn at all times; robes and slippers are available upon request. Any illicit or suggestive advances made towards the therapist will result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises. In which case you will be held liable for full payment of the service regardless of time.

Appointments & Arrival

While we do accept walk-ins, we recommend booking an appointment in advance due to high demand. Appointments can be made through our website, Facebook page, Yelp profile, by phone, or through email. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

Due to our policy, we ask that customers please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for ample time to complete our client intake prior to your appointment and allow us to accommodate the full duration of your service.

Late Arrival & Cancellation policy

The length of your service is determined largely on the time of your arrival, please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. If you are late and do not want your service to be shortened you have the option to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We require clients notify us at least 48-hours in order to cancel any reservation with no charge. Any cancellations made after the 48-hour window are subject to a charge for each reservation. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking or reservation. This policy also applies to gift card, gift certificate and voucher holders.

Clients who do not show up for their service without notification will be regarded as a “No Show” and will be charged the full fee of the service. Late or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the full reservation.


Here at Verde we offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. We ask that clients inform us of your pregnancy at the time of booking. Massage therapy is not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, and due to the involved risks we are unable to perform these services.

Payment & Refunds

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking and services must be booked before the expiration date printed on them. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchased amount towards any service. All clients holding a discounted voucher are also held to the policies stated in this section.

All series, gift certificates, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be replaced with a proof of purchase.

We can only accept returns of skincare products as long as they are unused and undamaged. Should you need to return a purchase, you must do so within 14 days of your purchase and you will receive an in-store credit towards your next purchase or service.

Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to experience one of our services. Any individual who is under the minimum age requirement can receive any service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


The prices set on the services which Verde provides are subject to change with little, to no notice.
